Edit: Switched my review from 1 ⭐ because I had lost access to my account for no reason, but after filling out the help form online I now have my account back, after only a day from filling out the form. It was much more painless and easy than I had expected. Thanks 👍 It really is a fun, engaging, and addicting game with a lot of depth and isn't P2W like most -1 ⭐ cuz of the forced tutorial and apparently now also forced event participation. 👎 -1 ⭐ cuz it only loads on WiFi now for some reason
Been playing magic chess since way before it was a separate game. I spent money on that account, when It changed into its own app I transfered and had no issues...Until I had to change phones and tried to log back into my account. There is no option for that, so basically all my data on the game is gone with no way to retrieve it. I refuse to start up again and spend money on this game if its guaranteed to be lost.
The game won't start at all because it fails to connect to the server. Also, when I first installed the app and managed to open it briefly, it wouldn't let me transfer all the data from my previous account. Please fix this server issue and help me recover my progress!
I got a new phone and it won't transfer my account data. The app is also not US friendly anymore so I lost everything. Money gone no help to fix the switch even. I used to love this game but now its just a cash grab bug fest.
