I like the app as a whole but lately, and I'm not sure if it has to do with the current in game event or if theres some sort of unannounced server maintenance going on, when I try to play the game all the interactables (gifts, envelopes, profiles) are unresponsive. When I try to go to a different room the game basically says "oops wrong room!" prompts me to retry a couple times and then prompts me to log out. It basically soft locks me on this screen until I log out
I have been having issues with trying to log in for about a week now I have contacted MovieStarPlanet support three separate times and I still cannot log into my account and they have not reached back out to me. I have done everything on my end to try to log into my account but I keep getting an error saying "Something went wrong while connecting to the game. Our fault, not yours! Please try again." this is NOT the first time I've had issues with support either.
Compared to the original version of MovieStarPlanet, it leaves a lot to be desired. Some additions that could be beneficial to this version are having customizable wallpapers and floors for homes, having more unique and androgynous clothing designs, patching bugged animations, moods, and clothing that conflict with your character, and making pets more accessible to the public. Adding more minigames in the future would be something to consider too.
it took forever to logged in and i tried to log in to My Main Account Level 44 But it won't let me in and Plus it keep taking me out the game And Things We're Constantly Glitching out Everytime i Play And The Background Was Supposed to be pink Whenever i Log on Also The Hand Arrow was glitching it was supposed to point to the shopping bag May Y'all Please Kindly Fix Y'all Game So Play it Normally Please Thank You.
