This game takes patience and is very challenging. If you think you must pay to play you are very wrong. I have been playing about 2 years, paid zero dollars and I am ranked high enough to make the global leader board. I have almost 500,000 units of biofuel and earn gems in battle so I can obtain the same things money can buy. Again, I have paid nothing and have never seen an add ever. I also have plenty of grenades and rarely run short on ammo. Be patient.
Despite me allowing suspicious access to my contacts, the game won't even start up. It stays stuck at 38%. If I didn't allow access, the game wouldn't even open. I wanted to try this as I saw my father play it, and it looked fun. From what I saw on the reviews about being unable to connect and sudden progress reset, it got completely concerning. Can't help a feeling that this game was just left alone and devs never spoke about ever again. Does this game even work anymore?
This used to be a very fun game when I played it almost 10 years ago. I downloaded it again to play it and immediately noticed the problems. Besides the crashing, the servers for the pvp have been closed, and since pvp is required to progress smoothly, without it you're essentially playing on hard mode. This game has clearly been abandoned by the developers, so I don't recommend anyone playing it. Maybe play the sequel if you don't mind p2w games. Edit: pvp works again, not sure for how long
Used to be one of the best games out there back in 2014, it was really fun and well made--tactical and didn't really need purchases to finish, with enough free premium currency. Just required a lot of patience. The app became unable to launch, so I tried to reinstall, since the cloud save ceased to work, I lost some 6 months of progress. It's old app now and Devs concentrate on the horrible money-grab that is the sequel. It was good while it lasted, but do yourself a favour and don't play either
