I love the Freeme app. The price is right, and I can use it whenever it works for me. I love using the AI (Isla) feature for asking specific questions about my situation instead of making an appointment with a coach that is 3 weeks away and will cost $150. Isla has been really helpful for me. Other times, I just want to do a short lesson and I do that when it fits into my day. Sometimes I chat with Isla after the lesson and that has also been helpful in understanding some of the concepts.
Seems promising but for the target audience this sure is a lot of clicking and it starts out by requiring focus on three long-ish videos, probably not suitable for brain fog patients. Price seems fair, but is only disclosed after a substantial investment of time and you can't try out the different session types... with no monthly option or trial, this may be too big an investment for a group too ill to work. Maybe a gift subscription setup? Approach seems likely to help, though. Needs captions!
If you have ME/ CFS and have not tried this approach I would 100% recommend! I have been bed/ house bound for the past 4 months with chronic fatigue and in the first week of having this app the change has been enormous. Within 4 days I was paddling in a river! I love how it is laid out and the ai assistant has been super helpful with any queries. I recognise that it's expensive but compared to the price of all of the appointments and vitamins that I have used up to this point it's invaluable
I am finding this app so useful. I have learned that it is my dysregulated nervous system that keeps me in the spiral of illness. It is a mixture of education, meditation and practical work to help calm the nervous system. The AI chat function is really intelligent and responsive, so you can discuss what has come up during a session and ask questions. Freeme doesn't include pacing support, so you still need to learn those skills, but otherwise I can't fault it.
