The app is horrible, super slow, needs so much time to load each page. need to wait at least 5 seconds after opening any category, so that it loads the menu on top of the page first. Adding something to a wishist is also really painful, the pop-up panel with sizes doesn't fit in the screen, I can't select the size I need. The online store itself is great and have great collections. Don't understand how this kind of app can even exist for online shopping
Extremely Disappointing – Never Again I will never shop with Mytheresa again. I received my order, and only a few hours after delivery, I contacted customer service because I needed a bigger size. The item was in perfect, unused condition. The only issue was that I accidentally cut the return tag while checking the bag. I immediately explained this honestly and even asked for an exchange for the larger size — not a refund. Instead of showing any flexibility, they refused my request outri
The app is useless! User interface is sooo slow and screen moves up and down all the time when loading and as a result you think you press one thing but a different thing appears. Also everytime it says free shipping or offer for free shipping I always end up paying shipping at checkout always. To be honest because the app is so bad I only buy from here if I can't find size of what I want elsewhere...
Application does not work well on android. Very slow, blocking, does not allow you to choose more than one option (size, designer etc). Every time you have to go back and redo the search. This is a very basic feature for a shopping app. Not user friendly, can be significantly improved.
