Bad translations, no gameplay. If you choose to read the story dialog, the translations are pretty bad. A lot of it is still not done, so you still have a lot of of untranslated text through the game. Gameplay, if you can call it that, takes place before your encounters. Prepping your gear, enhancing your characters, these things, are what decides your encounter outcomes. The actual combat, you have no control over.
So far, this game has been hitting all of the right notes for me. While I'm only a few hours in, first impressions are good. The pixel art and illustrations are all absolutely incredible, and the music in particular gives me adrenaline in ways that I've only experience while hooked up to an IV filled with RedBull (I've never actually done this, but I feel comfortable making that comparison). Hopefully monetization doesn't ruin it long-term, but really happy with it so far. Kudos to the dev team!
Not sure if it's my type of game, as combat leaves a bit to be desired, but the characters and setting/style and all is really cool. They also give guaranteed rarest units in every 10x pull which is awesome, along with free units from hunts. Other games devs could take notes from this game. It gets 5 stars for the generous pulls alone. In a sea of greedy games, this one is a refreshing change. Only thing is it says 9999 tickets for preregistration, and haven't recieved it so seems false ad.
Have only just begun playing, but for the last 30 minutes, the storyline has been good. Love the graphics, and I am absolutely in love with the music. The controls are automatic when fighting. Otherwise, it is easy to figure out, and even with tutorials, they give the option to skip if one desires. All in all, so far, it's a great game, and I wonder how it will continue to progress.
