I played the 1st Cozy Grove on PC & love it! I like the controls on the PC a little more but it definitely feels like they have listened to feedback from the 1st game & improved this mobile version based on it which is fantastic! It has all the charm & aesthetic I loved about the first game with additional powers that make completing some tasks a little less daunting. The characters, hidden object finding, collection completion, decoration elements, and stories, among other things make this fun
Love it! There's enough variety of tasks and storytelling to keep you engaged for multiple days, it's casual and if you miss a dead-line (🥁🥁💥) it doesn't destroy future progress. The landscape changes often so new things will surprise you while exploring. It's open enough that you can really focus on the environment, but if you don't, it's not a big deal. Any "tough" quests for foraging can be finished the next day so you're always progressing. Also, the dark humor is amusing.
I really love this game. It has all of the features of a game that keeps me captivated - daily quests, decorating, collections, harvesting, exploring, fishing, bug catching, shopping, cooking, crafting, pets and clever interactions between npc's. I gave it only 4/5 stars because it is taxing on my phone. The game often stutters, freezes and crashes. I will update my review if gameplay smoothes out.
I really like this game. I just wish there was a better way to move around. like maybe a touch joystick that appears when you touch the screen to move in the left corner. also, there's not a ton of tutorial and I'm a bit lost at times. But overall it's a super cute game game. I wish there were mini games to it. to earn more coin.
