User Reviews
Overall definitely a great game. It is very possible to do well without ever spending money. Grinding isn't that tedious because rewards are usually pretty sizeable and the devs are definitely very generous with gifts and events. The pixel art is great and so are all the actual illustrations. However I will say that, as someone who started before SBWs, I feel as though there has been a decrease in translation quality, and the English can sometimes sound awkward and broken.
The game is fun, well designed, and we'll balanced. Until you get to the late game in the story where you need a limited number of items to both keep more enemies from spawning temporarily and make it so you can damage said enemies. Also said enemies have the added ability of constantly raising and stacking their damage output until they can one shot fully maxed characters. Did I mention they also can heal themselves back to full unless you use goddess skills at the right time and are immune to dmg while they do it, cause that too.
I have been a proud member of this game for 7 years! (On and off) The storylines are great! There's practically infinite customization and infinite ways to play the game. The mechanics are pretty straightforward so even if you're new its not so overwhelming. This game has a lot of content so you can't get bored. For casuals: grinding isn't forced and wont set you far behind everyone else. For die-hards: grinding isn't stressful and gets you alot of bonuses. Devs, thank you for an awesome game!
Really fun game. The events always keep you interested, I recommend it. The only faults are: 1) The pay to win is ridiculous. The good heroes are solely gacha-pulled. 2) It's hard to know what's going on unless you're part of the community. Alot of the weapons and abilities have an essay of text, some bosses can 1-shot and are invulnerable. The game doesn't tell you much, you'll have to look it up. 3) Too many resources to keep track of: Berries, Books, Bread, Rings, Fishing, Sigils, etc...
