I think this is a very fun strategy game. However, it's hard to gain points to unlock cards and monkey money for most of the other content. Ranked mode is a good source for other players, but I can't get far. I also keep getting told to change my deck to counter my random oppenent's and it's just annoying. With some updates, it should be possible to fix this.
Interesting take on a CCG. It makes you have to balance offense and defense more than any other card game I've seen. Deck building is enjoyable as you are not locked into classes/regions but can you nearly any card with any hero. There are a few cheap cards that, if unanswered, will just win the game. My biggest complaint is the game crashes in about 20% of matches.
As much as I love the bloons franchise, this game just feels like a poor attempt at making money. The adventures are locked behind a paywall, heroes are too expensive, the only way to get money is to either pay for it with real money or through leveling, which is PAINFULLY SLOW. And to top it all off after a day or two you'll have nothing to do but sit in the dead matchmaking for two minutes.
The game play is good and has potential for longevity and almost a good Familiar feel to mobile games and card games. It was a great idea that is wrapped with a lot of bad execution. The campaign/Adventure system should be fun and replayed however to grind the challenges you have to pay. The pvp basically to get the cards to do fun builds again you have to pay what seems to be a good amount. Overall the worst part is the game crashes.
