Fun game but increasing issues with the app freezing and "forgetting" the gems or money you have. What often happens is you finish the outfit and buy one piece of it. Then it brings you to the home screen when you hit submit but it doesn't actually submit. You exit the app and when you get back into that event you have to buy the item again. but suddenly you have less money or gems and can't buy that piece anymore. has happened at least 20 times to me. Dont waste money on this game.
This game is actually really fun. Unfortunately, I keep losing a significant amount of gems and cash whenever the game loses connection to the server. It's bad enough it's already challenging to earn gems and cash to get new items without paying for it. I've reached out to support now three times and have yet to hear anything.
Update: 7/23/26: Thank you for addressing both issues I mentioned earlier about the styler pass and being compensated for bonuses not applied in challenge. It's much appreciated.
I've been playing for several years now. I used to play this game from morning to night. Now everything is a price grab. All items cost 3x much now in money and diamonds. I can only play for a few hours and then I'm out of money. That never used to happen. It used to be an escape game and now all the game does is remind me of real Life where I can't afford anything I see. So I don't play much these days. Developers can sustain a game like this W/O being greedy. Price-Gauging a game is unfair.
