User Reviews
App made it impossible for me to reset my password & I had to go to their website to do it on a computer. After I successfully logged in on the computer I tried to login using the app & I got a "Login Failed" error message each time. If you have to buy something from them, don't use the app. It seems to be broken.
It's impossible to submit product reviews in-app; it always errors out. Then I go to the website in a normal internet browser and I can submit reviews without a problem. Review submission in the app needs to be fixed; currently it is non-functional! Worse, the Rewards program is DECEPTIVE. I was promised 100% Bonus Rewards for a $29.99 item but was only given $14.93 which is less than 50%. Contacting Office Depot has been useless. Deceptive advertising & business practices, and insane pricing.
I ordered a few things and paid but when it was supposed to ship they removed all but one of my items and placed the rest on backorder. Why have things listed when it is out of stock? Complete waste of time. Now I have to wait a few days for that money to be put back into my account; as if nobody is struggling with money right now. This could have all been avoided had the inventory been properly managed like the other items listed as "Out of Stock".
I haven't been able to use the app for the past week. I open it up and it's like I've logged out even though I never log out. My store info is gone instead it says undefined. I check my account info and it wants me to log in. I try logging in and get a log in failed error message saying it's Office Depot's fault and please try again later. I've been trying for a week. I've updated it and still get the error message. It's become a useless app.
