I have oneplus 55 u1 TV. It takes good time to connect to TV. Once you go to some other application in your mobile, this application disconnects itself. Then more difficult to connect, as it keeps searching the TV and takes long time to search the TV. A third class application. The TV remote is very user-unfriendly and application unconnecting... I guess it's ok. Not great!!! The trackpad works fine in the app but somehow I am not able to locate the keyboard feature. I have to use the touchpad to scroll through the on-screen keyboard and type letters one at a time. So frustrating😣 and also the content shown on the app are just from hungama/zee5/Eros. I am unable to find Netflix/Amazon prime/hotstar content even after searching on the app despite having already logged into both on my TV.
Type sync doesnt work have been trying this since a week. The keyboard does not appear on connect. There is no volume control button in app...for this you have to go to physical remote...waste of technology. To connect the tv everytime we need to open the connect server app then only connects. Oneplus has just made this app....its needs lot of revision.....pathetic experience
If you don't have your WiFi router/Mobile Hotspot ON, this app is Useless for You. As this app can be used only with Wifi/Hotspot connected ! I wish, I/we could use this app only using Bluetooth. As Hotspot/Wifi uses too much power (of our phone) , force the phone to heat up, drain phone charge faster than usual... Which is inconvenient and inefficient as most of us are going to use this app as TV REMOTE. PLEASE USE BLUETOOTH INSTEAD OF WIFI/HOTSPOT. (Note : I'm using Android 10 in my phone)
