What can I say that hasn't already been said a million times over. It's a repetitive game, but thats the least of the worries. First off, the ads. They make you watch one almost every other time you start a round of catching and some of them take so long that the idle component of the game starts kicking in. Second off, the instant kill candies are possibly the worst game design ever. It literally discourages you from going for things and they even place it at the beginning, just to kill you.
The art style of this game is cute. If only this game wasn't purely ads then maybe I could enjoy it. But it's not. Why is there an option to opt out of an ad if it's just going to show you one anyways? You're progression is basically bought with ads. And now the game doesn't even load for me. It gets to the "Go Candy!" loading screen and the loading bar never fills up.
Ah, what to say... I have never, ever, played a game with so many ads, so desperate for you to pay them $3.47 to get rid of the ads. By desperate, I mean DESPERATE. You can't complete more than one round without ads coming up and in most cases, they mess up the game and make you loose. You can't buy anything or click anywhere on the page without ads and to make it worse? They're targeted ads, which is shady to begin with if you've never met the company. Don't get the game. Waste of time.
It's a fun little game. Unfortunately, as everyone else explains in frustration, TOO MANY ADS. Come on guys, this is over the top ridiculous. Even if you opt out to watching, you're still forced to watch them. Plus, sometimes you don't get that reward. Basically, it's an ad watching app with a bit of gaming on the side. But, you knew that already, Go Candy! Makers.
