Absolutely, horrible experience!!! I spent weeks and a decent amount of money trying to get to the final reward of $100. As I neared it, it no longer allowed me to view any commercials or ADS for spins or items. So, without putting substantially more money into it, there was no way for me to obtain the goal. It was a waste of my time and energy. It's a scam. I wouldn't spend a penny on it ever again!!!
Love the game. Haven't personally experienced a lot of glitches, so far just the Spotlight Season Awards sometimes not appearing above the board to click and redeem until I complete an order. I finished the Yatch Party (area 7) within a few days and have been waiting for new areas to be added (it says "Coming soon"). Based on other reviews it looks like other players have also been waiting a few months for new areas to be added. It is very hard to level up past level 30 because of this.
Lastnight I spent over half my night on this game.. got credit on inbox dollars for completing level 10, was almost to 15 and i get on today and it says level 8... i spent money on this app to get no ads and guess what? I still get ads! Good luck getting anyone to answer your emails for help too, I've sent them several and received 0...super disappointed.. if they would just fix the issue for me I will continue to play.
I have made it to area seven and completed all 17 stages but the next area has said available soon for two weeks now and is still not available. I have emailed support twice from the app and not gotten any response to either of my emails regarding this matter. I can still play and level up, but I'm not doing any of the building and when I get my rewards, I don't actually receive them. If they ever respond to my emails or get whatever this glitch is fixed I will update my rating.
