I'd put 0 if it was allowed. customer service sucks. been on the phone & using chat for nearly 4 hours. ppl constantly saying they cannot help call this number. gone back around with so many people & same numbers. no one can help or do anything. app sucks & can't transfer $. my $ shouldn't even be in there. I signed up to be in my m&t account.
I wish I would've read the reviews before using this app. I've had my paycheck going direct deposit here for about 5 months and all of a sudden they just closed my account and I can't access any of my money and I have about 3000 dollars in my account. they made me send documents to an email and it's been almost a week and I still haven't heard anything back. I don't even know what to do right now
Doesn't work right. Hadnt been able to log into my account for 2 days. The email for contact doesn't work and i cant call anyone. Definitely not using this as my way of getting paid huge headache. Also it does not deposit checks 2 days early. Took almost 4 days after my pay day to get my paycheck.
The app hasn't opened for me for months. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it so many times. It used to work and was decent, but now I'll probably just close the account.
