I made my first purchase with zilt and Amazon. They did not split the payment into four payments. They took the full ammount. Once I added up the several amounts picking out of my account. The total was actually more than the amount I spent. If you're supposed to be able to take it out in payments of four, there six transactions in an hour and a half? Beware. Be warned Be careful because customer service just repeated when's first payment is paid? My amount that I can use will be upped.
Complete trainwreck. Ordered something through Amazon using the info given by app. Apparently it didnt process correctly and rather than making 4 payments of the things purchased, Im being charged for a fraction of the order that didnt even process. Their help desk is uninformed and unhelpful. Only reason they got 1 star is so I could leave the review.
Never had any issues with Zilch and I have used it alot over the last few years. It is very easy to use and so long as you pay it back when it is supposed to be paid back then your good. Paying the instalments back early does help to raise your credit limit and you get rewards if you use it to pay for things in full so win-win. Thank you Zilch you helped me a few times.
I couldn't even make it last the sign up page. It gave me 404 errors and then when I finally did manage it said I submitted my ID when I didn't even, when I tried verifying my phone it glitched out then locked me out saying they couldn't approve me and to contact support if there's an issue. When I tried to contact support the website is down and says service unavailable. Nothing seems to work.
