I doesn't let user login. Failing multiple times. Hoping that they would fix all these issues with their next upgrade in late January.
Absolutely aweful. As a college student I use Pearson because I'm required to but when I download the app and log into my account that's ALREADY MADE and ALREADY HAS MY BOOKS ON IT I can't use them. All because I'm REQUIRED to put in a book code. You need to fix it.
They refuse to delete my user information...no they refuse to delete my account. After submitting multiple times. What kind of app is this that forces me to ask "permission" to delete my account!!?? What a waste
When we log in, our products are not there, and if we write the acces code doesn't work because it's already in use. It's a bad app
