When comparing PhonePe with other payment apps, I find PhonePe to be the easiest and safest to use. In some other apps, I don't always receive notifications when money is credited, but PhonePe is very reliable in that regard. Once, an auto-payment was activated by mistake, but I was able to cancel it easily in PhonePe. In another app I use, I couldn't even find that option, and it took a lot of time.Because of PhonePe, I feel more relaxed and confident when it comes to handling my money.superb
I have been using PhonePe for the last three years. Recently, I used the app to recharge my KPDCL Smart Plus account. An amount of ₹2,100 was deducted from my bank account; however, the payment was not credited to my electricity bill. I raised a support ticket regarding this transaction, but unfortunately, the PhonePe app marked the issue as "Resolved" without actually resolving it. The deducted amount has neither been credited to my bill nor refunded to my account. Despite multiple attempts.
It's a totally amazing application. I wanna add something to be developed in phone pay's SPLIT Expenses section. You should add a delete button and exit the expenses button for the person who created splits by mistake and wanna quit it or delete it permanently. Also, You should add one more option to accept the split expenses request so that no one can add unnecessary people on their own.
it's very handy and easy and now I don't have to carry my purse for cash , just my phone and I'm done. I really like how smoothly it works and other than payments, we can pay our multiple bill, it's like everything together and organised, and honestly I really liked the "phone pay wallet" feature it reminds us to keep everything in a budget and in a managed way, literally it is the best for hectic shopping days and in the end of the day we can calculate how much we have spent. through history
