I installed this game along with puzzle aquarium, thinking "oh, I'll get 2 cool games from the same cool creator" but upon booting up the game I found out it was just a reskin of of the OG game and in addition, a big part of my fun in the first game was those little contests to get tickets and do puzzles of any variant, even if they weren't unlocked yet, and strategically picking those to get fish i wanted, that no longer works, also i loved the urchin guide in the OG game, the jellyfish sucks
Confusing update...name of game changed to my little aquarium. The original game puzzle aquarium is still in app store. They're the same game, I don't get it. Seems sketchy. Also daily quest is glitchy with the time and freezes when it's time for rewards. I still enjoy the puzzles themselves but annoyed that if I download puzzle aquarium, which is the original game, all progress is gone. I don't understand the point of having two by the same dev.
I'm addicted. The puzzles are fun, the variety is great, and the graphics are cute. The urchin that gives you tips is a little irritating though. I'll be placing decor and he will pop up in the middle of it to tell me to play puzzles for coin. Making it take way longer to get the decoration where I want it than it would take me if he wasn't there. Maybe just decrease the frequency of his hints.
Suggestions: If you haven't unlocked something in the shop, if you click on it, it should take you to the corresponding game; Work on the functionality of the line connect game; Prize tiers on higher completion of levels; Endless aquarium edges, and a greater depth of field; a dark mode; double tapping on theme, should take you to that theme; PLEASE DARKEN THE LINES IN THE SECOND TO LAST PUZZLE GAMES!! to be cont.
