I had to change my score. While I have been playing this game for YEARS, the not responding to people about the game not working and not fixing the game at all, is a real bummer. By the time it's fixed, if it gets fixed, I will be kicked from my guild and won't even be able to finish spending my sigals before the season is out. It's not the first time this has happened either sadly. :(
I've been playing this game for over 7 years. And now I can't even play anymore because the game is broke on my account. its been that way for an entire month. I've wrote pg about it and only got two automated responses telling me to bare with them. other than that I've been getting ghosted with no hopes of getting my account of over 7 years back working which is now a 709 level account that I've spent alot of hard work and hard earned money on. its now a new season and they have yet to fix
Games like this need better servers, less pay to win (even though most games say they're not), and need to fix the many bugs that are still in the game. Good things is so far i haven't ran into mean/rude people and there are quite a few good Alliances/Clans out there on the game. And the game is pretty cool. There should be a story version of this game, but it needs to be really fun and maybe even long.
Great game, but I've been playing for almost a decade and the same issues persist. Game won't load, crashes when opening chests, crashes when collecting event prizes. Sometimes the game doesn't even want to load. It just stays on the initial loading screen. I stopped spending money a couple years ago because of it. Event started yesterday, and I haven't been able to even get past the loading screen. Edit. avoid the game. 2 months later and the loading screen is still loading. Unplayable.
