I think public is awesome. they have the opportunity of being able to buy pre-ipo shares in SpaceX. plus I have a premium member which cost $10 a month and it allows me to have access to many more more pieces of information as well as tech support, which is awesome. you can reach support like right away without going through a stream of menus. I hate that so these guys are great
"Award winning customer service" I think very much so not. They randomly switch the premium subscription" to another part of my account" when I show proof of me not having it anywhere, I get no response for a day then get guaranteed itll be fixed. its fix then the next day I dont have it..i go and redo the subscription which I had already paid for a on the 1st. then the next day they take it away from me again. anyone who does after hours trading would furious. theres more but cant bc char limi
They charge inactivity fees and they do everything to make it so you can't cancel your account. somehow I had a .01 in an account somehow, tried to close, have to withdraw the .01. Can't withdraw anything under 2$ so I literally cannot close my account and if I don't check in on it they'll try and charge me. terrible feels like a scam
Love the fact that they don't use darkpools. But the app is not fun to use at best and has bugs at worst. Example: the graph default for your current value is 1 day and it takes so long to load other scales that it's difficult to wait. You almost want to leave your phone on the table and walk away while it loads "1 month" scale. Sometimes clicking other scales on the graph freeze the app entirely. Placing trades coerces you into posting it and it is difficult and weird to back away from that.
