You use this app when you use an Arboleaf Body Composition Smart Scale. This free app tracks your body weight, body fat, BMI, and other body composition data. It provides the information and inspiration to track your weight loss progress and to keep your fitter.
Arboleaf app and Smart Scale make it easier for you to track your health, fitness and set goals. Step on the Smart Scale, you can have your overall body composition data including:
- Weight

The Arboleaf app works with all Arboleaf Smart Scale models. Some scale models may not support the full list of the above measurements, the app automatically reads all the available data from the scale and store the data on the cloud.

The scale works well for body weight and smaller weights as described. However, I'm not satisfied with the messaging from the app. Specifically, after a recent weight check, a message popped up saying, "Confirm Data: Too much difference in weight", with an option to select either "Not mine" or "it's mine". I'd prefer an option to not have such pop-ups in the app.
It looks like the change screen went away. I used to be able to see how my different values had changed over time but now I can only see a graph, not the calculations. I'm assuming they put it behind a pay wall. That is disappointing. My scale no longer does what it did when I bought it. I have recommended this scale to several people in my bariatric group but now I can no longer recommend it due to basic info being taken away. It's not nearly as helpful as it was.
I've been using this scale with the app for about 6 years now, and I absolutely love it. It was affordable, there is no monthly fee for general use, and it is accurate. I think there is an option to upgrade your plan for a fee, but it is not necessary by no means. It measures more than weight and keeps a detailed log of all of it. this has been a big help on my weight loss journey. It is helpful to have the added accountability.
Last night it would not go to the green screen to indicate it was doing the full body scan. It has worked correctly for 1-2 months and now won't connect to the scale. Yes, Bluetooth was turned on and the scale battery is at 98%. I tried force stopping the app several times and even tried turning on Location and WiFi and nothing worked. May have to try uninstalling and re-installing and risk losing me data. It was nice while it lasted.
