About DEEMO II
Just in time for Rayark's 10th anniversary comes a sequel to their classic IP, DEEMO.
A kingdom created through music faces an uncertain future after a monster called 'The Ancestor' plagues the land with a destructive 'Hollow Rain'. This dangerous rain causes anyone it touches to 'bloom', turning into a flurry of white flower petals and ultimately vanishing from existence.
DEEMO II follows Echo, a girl who has bloomed but mysteriously re-appeared, and Deemo, an enigmatic station Guardian, as they journey through this rain-soaked world in hopes of finding a way to save it.

I can not tell you how amazing this game is, especially for a mobile game. it feels like getting a proper $60 dollar video game in your handheld device for free. the music is gorgeous, the storyline is so intriguing. everything is so thoughtful! this is on par with games like SoulKnight. and it's such a simple premise taken to another level! absolutely love this game!
If you haven't tried it, it's probably the best rhythm game out there of its kind. Stunning graphics. Movie-like cutscenes. Gameplay is just as engaging and challenging (even more so) than the first game, as well as being more responsive. No obligation to pay and the things you purchase you get to keep. Not to mention with recent updates they have given more free perks to long time players. It shows they value the enjoyment of their players. Companies rarely do this and all I have is respect.
Audio popping makes the game pretty unplayable. The microtransaction are nearly insulting. With the quality of the story and visuals and the game play. I would have happily payed like 30 for the base game and like 5-10 for subsequent music packs. The cash story feels extremely scummy. I want to like the game because its deemo. Maybe once the audio issues are fixed i will try it more. But the cash shop feels like a major step back from the fun, full featured experience from deemo and the remake.
So far, the only good thing is the music. I have hope that the story will be good to as the first game had one of the best stories of any game ive played. However, the structure of the game has changed and for the worse. Instead of just being able to play through the game, there are certain currencies that once run out (and they do quickly) you either just have to wait or make ingame purchases. I would have rather just paid the 20$ for the full game instead of having more awful in-game purchases
