App is perfect! People need to know that the 5$ you get can't be used to order a card BUT you can use it to purchase something AFTER you have deposited some money into the accounted and used it to order a card. I already made a card and used it now to make my first purchase using the 5$ they give us! It's perfect! The fees are as little as 2% of each transaction! My purchase costs 6.75$... I got 6.8175$ deducted in total! So fsr it works perfectly! Cheers!
The service itself is nice, but cheating with extra options is not. I ordered a physical card ($100, not even delivered yet) and in a few days it offered a Pro membership ($130) which says it will waive physical card fees. Guess what? I was charged twice and they say neither of two is refundable even after I opened a support ticket (which wasn't easy either). I see the answer, but why would I want a second card? Nonsense. Why they cannot cancel and refund my pro subscription? Same.
I’ve been using RedotPay for 2–3 years and I really like this app.❣️ One important suggestion: please improve the transaction history. Right now it only shows how much was spent, but it should also show the remaining balance after each transaction. For example, if I had 100 and spent 50, it should show that 50 is left. A clear running balance system would make the app much better and easier to use.
the worst experience ever...i have been using many other app for trading and withdrawl transactions for cryto but never had problem like redot..it has been a week they are just giving excuses for bank withdrawal transaction and asking for documents and still verifying it but response is too slow...this was an emergency transaction for me but i have lost my words to the receiver just because of all this
