cancelled subscription and was a shown cancelled but have been charged 3 times since! keep getting run around about refuns and now cancelation. its showing no where to cancel as well Do not get this ap! Will continue to charge account and will not help in any way. Does not show under any pau platform and contrary tells you they can not help because 3rd party takes care of payment FRAUD!!!would give 0 stars but wont let you post review without at least 1
Unable to unsubscribe. They have a section in app to manage subscriptions. however, the unsubscribe button is grayed out and nothing happens when you try to select it. Money keeps getting taken out weekly and when requesting feedback they only give you generic instructions to manage subscriptions in-app setting and click unsubscribe which DOES NOT WORK.
It said it had a special on a weekly subscription, but it was a lie, it wasn't a weekly subscription, it was just coins. DO JOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONE!!!! They will only lie to you!!
I have sent cancalletion before the subscription finish but still charge me for the following week subscription 19.99usd. That's a lot of money for a week of subscription. I want REFUND. I don't want to use the app. Not worth to watch. Not all videos you can watch, you still need coins to watch around 800 COINS for 1 short video.
