I was enjoying the game until I got to the third hotel and the introduction of Bob the fisherman. The game freezes, app crashes, game over. I tried to report the bug through in game feedback, but that doesn't work either. I should have read the reviews. This was apparently reported in early December and here we are in mid February and they still haven't fixed the bug. So disappointing and unacceptable.

This game is totally pay to play to advance past the first few levels! You should be able to play previous hotels, but you Can't (which means that if you do pay for upgrades, it's a waste)! There are several good games similar to this one, but with better rewards and actual opportunities for advancement. I suggest you try Grand Hotel Mania. I'm uninstalling this headache.
Loved it but then it became impossible to advance unless you made an in-app purchase. If I want to make a purchase, I'll make a purchase, regardless of whether you ask me to or not. But the very second that I am seemingly being forced to make a purchase to advance, is the very second I will no longer play your game. I completely understand the need for incoming revenue, but not when it's almost forced upon the very ones keeping your apps alive by playing or using them. Reconsider.
