Keeps telling me units in Kilometers, despite setting to miles. None of the route options like points of interest are checked, but I keep getting the notifications. Voice sounds like Mickey Mouse and talks super fast, so fast it's hard to make out. Sometimes app doesn't even say directions, despite it running or tells me to turn last minute.
App is unstable and crashes. When not crashing, basic user interfaces are extremely buggy. (e.g. Group search menu "follow" buttons don't work from search screen, only from in the group, switching between "nearby groups" and "my groups" often doesn't work/gets stuck, after downloading a route from a group, it shows downloaded, but if you back out and click back in, it appears not downloaded. Displeased this is solo platform for hosting team relay routes. I'll add a star if offline maps work.
Impossible to tell if you have downloaded a route. Had to turn off my data just to stop the app from bringing up every route around me. There also isn't any indication that you have downloaded it, nor another page that shows a list of your downloads. It took me forever to find the legs of a race thanks to the awkward search engine. Also there seems to be zero instructions on how to use any features of the app.
Half the time, the routes don't even load. sometimes they load but indications won't play; both times forcing you to redraw the route as a new one (oh, you can only do it 4 times a month, so this "defect" might be intentional). I can't stand their "offcourse" notification anymore - if you are on the wrong sidewalk, or if their route data is not accurate, they will assume you went wild and stop giving you indications. Uninstalling after years of use.
