Hi, App is not working with Android phone since this morning and getting message that it has a bug and need to re-install after developer provides a fix. When will this issue be resolved?
The barcode scanner always says it was installed from an unknown source, but I installed from Google Play through the link in the Auth app. Update: thanks for the response SAP. I found out it was due to the app having been coded for older Android versions. I had to install on my old phone to get it working. It would be nice if it worked on the latest Android though.
I change to new phone so I installed this apps to new phone. After I click scan QR button, it link to download bar code scanner apps but the apps not workable because it pop up messages "only support old android"☹️. I manually key in the secret key to log in, in order to get the passcode unfortunately the passcode always not able to use. System keep on pop up passcode error. Finally I force to use back my old phone which is broken and not safe to use😭
First day works normally, after that, all OTP sent to apps are rejected with info: "!Invalid Time-based verification code entered. Try again!" I can not go further for process. How can I get the support?
