Played this again since they've added so much since the original in 2023 and I was impressed! Hold me for a bit over a month with it's great DnD world, characters, art, and events. Finally stopped once I hit lvl 100 (max) and realized the strategy is so indirect that it is frustratingly rinse and repeat once you find a good team. Pretty good overall, but gameplay is mixed.
It has taken me a week of binge playing to reach level 69, and in order to get to level 70I have to do at least 8 to 10 more hours of binge playing to get the resources I need to up my player. This is a good game , but he's a very much paid to play game unless you've got hundreds of hours to play to raise your characters the main storyline ended that seems to be the end of the game.Because all that's left is running around , searching for the stuff that you couldn't accomplish in the beginning ,
Great game until the reset happend. I am aware that every 3 months it resets. Although I did not think much of it until it happend. Now I think like wow all that hard work for nothing. The time and effort into leveling up now being reset to level 1 and all the gear I farmed just disappeared. Its a good thing I did not spend any money on this game. It feels as I wasted my time.
TLDR: This game looks beautiful for mobile and I love the design of the lizards; but this gatcha game does not stand out from others. This game suffers from 3 core problems: 1. Constant connection issues, sluggish screen transitions, and server drops. 2. It tries to be a hero chess, an autobattler, and an rgp without doing any one very well or anything new. 3. It is a gatcha game with a thousand menus to click for crumbs of value in a sea of other gatcha games that do the same thing.
