Cannot cancel subscription I've tried to cancel a weekly subscription now twice. I've been charged $15 twice. The app states to manage a subscription through the Google Play app. However, Google doesn't even show the subscription. I've emailed the developer with no response. I like the app, but if you're the type of person who wishes to subscribe for a couple of weeks or months just to try it out, don't.
I paid $.50 for 1 day unlimited access, that renews $14.99 weekly. The money has been taken from my account, but I have no access to the app content. It's still asking me to pay for a subscription or buy coins. The subscription isn't showing up in my Google Play app, where I should be able to cancel it, and I can't find a way to cancel on the Shorten app, possibly because it doesn't recognize me as having a subscription yet. Very disappointing.
I am not happy with this app at all. First of all, they charge you $14.99 immediately when you don't even authorize it. They offer to letbyou see the rest of one of their short films for only $.50 and when you chose to do that, it only lets you see a little more but not the end, and you get $14.99. This is totally unacceptable. Then you look for instructions to cancel and the instructions you are given are misleading. Will NEVER EVER choose this again!!
this is a rip off!! can't sign in. can't cancel subscription. can't delete and they are trying to charge me I pay $0.51 and cannot get into the app. This is ridiculous, I feel like I'm ripped off. I don't recommend this to anyone. Until they do something to fix this. I have tried to sign in TEN times, getting the code entering it and all it charged $14.99. Because I never even got to watch one on the fifty one cent trial
