This app overwhelms you from the start with entire phrases and sentences, including questions about words you have only seen once in the middle of a sentence full of words you also haven't seen. The conversations (not voices) feel artificial and unnatural. Maybe this works if you come into it knowing something, but if you know nothing, it's rough. I did fine on the first few lessons but I didn't actually learn anything in a way I could retain it, and I'm usually a pretty good language learner.
It is not what I expected. I thought it would be just like any other language learning app but turns out, it was a copy of Duolingo. The pronunciation of the words was done by a real human (female) which felt really weird. They tried to copy Duolingo because Duo doesn't have Estonian and they used that to their profit. The app works pretty slow, the pronunciation feels weird, and I didn't get to learn anything. The only upside of it is that it has both free and paid versions. DO NOT INSTALL IT!!
I liked the two free units, but not sure 50 is enough to learn such a complicated language, so I'm hesitant to buy. Upd. I have paid for the app, but it is definitely not a finished product. From time to time the audio doesn't match the text or instead of a translation there's #NAME?. Not once or twice, this happens regularly. The idea is good, but selling this "undercooked" product is not ok. I am happy to help improve it, but i shouldn't have to pay for it.
so far it's really good! though I do hate it how the premium thing pops up after every single lesson, also audio clips sometimes cut out at the beginning missing a word or two which can be confusing
