I cannot currently recommend the product. I tried the trial version and liked it, so I got the one-year subscription. Generally, it felt fun and easy to get into. After a year however, I renewed my subscription, my progress/account were immediately reset to zero, and customer service agents take turns "looking into it", but no updates. After a month, I am no closer to getting my progress back, or a refund, than I was at the start. I would raise my rating if either outcome could be reached.
This app is very similar to Duolingo and it's great! This app allows you to choose when you would like a reminder to practice and lets you set your daily xp goal and the lessons are split into manageable units! The only downside is that it expects you to already know the alphabet and starts you off with full sentences but i think that's okay because even if you're guessing the alphabet and the meaning of each individual word you still learn!
The app directly starts off with difficult words and conversation. Romanization of the words were totally wrong in most of the cases. Words were not even written but the sounds were there. Also when i cleared some difficult words and conversation challenges i saw basics option and guess what they were only available for paid consumers.
A little disappointed, the app seems good but there are a number of little mistakes here and there which can make things confusing. Also the free lessons are very limited and the price is just a little too high for me. If it became available at 25% off I'd get it. Otherwise a good app.
