The app needs a phone widget option to be able to look at the family calendar at a glance the same way you can see it on the actual frame. If I'm not home in front of the frame I have to click several times to get to the calendar in the app. it also has major syncing issues. no matter how many times I try to sync it doesnt show everything. Please fix! Also, most of the features are additional money per month to use. Would not buy again and do not recommend.
Paying for the monthly subscription. Scanned and followed directions for setup, but the calendar and app do not sync with each other. I've tried sharing photos, lists, etc., but neither can see the other, so nothing saves. Settings are cumbersome and don't clearly let you see which email address(es) is/are connected to specific accounts.
would be 5 stars if one had the ability to simply punch in the scheduled time for an event instead of using the dreaded click wheel. The entire point of the app is to try to simplify, organize and improve the efficiency of a person's life. The click wheel is a cutesie toy that gives fun hepatic feedback, and is so annoying when you simply want to quickly set a time for an event. Give us the option of a numeric keypad for those of us who don't want to play a little game with the wheel.
Frustrating for a paying customer, even for something as basic as uploading photos. I'll select some photos, add captions to about half, and the app simply crashes, with no memory of my previous selections or captions. Deleting and reinstalling doesn't help. I'm giving it two stars because it finally works about a third of the time. No way I'd trust it with calendars or anything else if it can't even upload photos. I'm happy to send in error logs, if that would help.
