I thought I was getting a one shot buy, but sadly, the game is designed to make you pay for in game currency to upgrade your heroes. Other than that it's a pretty standard uninspired tower defense with more effort put into graphics. There is not much choice on towers. You do get three heroes at a time that require the aforementioned in game currencies to upgrade.
Loving this game so far! Love the humour and the challenge. Seems like there are no pay walls, really liking the progression and the way it's set up. Lots of skills for heroes to invest in, the game really wants you to think about your next steps. 4 base towers, each with 2 upgrades and 3 levels. Don't know yet but really tempted to buy stuff already, the devs certainly deserve the money! Well Done!
This game is so good really enjoyed playing it. Its not super hard but not easy just right and i love the skill tree and characters.
We need a good new TD game, unfortunately this isn't it. towers are limited to build points, witch the game then has the nerve to say is obvious. No it's not, it's just a weak game mechanic you used in an $8 game. The game is "hero based" which limits the towers to 4 very basic towers with very basic leveling. So it's an $8 TD game, because you can move some of the towers around? Think helicopters in bloons but without the ability to set paths. Also every time I switch songs, the map turns black
