I've been having fun playing the game so far, but one thing that's really making me want to put it down is the fact that no matter how many times I hit play, my music (Spotify) will NOT keep playing. As soon as I interact with the game again, it fades and pauses. It seems your app is triggering audio focus, even if I turn the music and sound off. Is there a solution to this you guys know of? I'd really appreciate a reply :]
Fun. Somewhat challenging. Graphics are pretty. Would be nice if there were better 'surprises' & more to each door. If you are a novice, some of the puzzles are difficult to figure out. Hints don't really help you. There is no story line to this which makes it kind if boring. Simply move from door to a different looking door. Not as good as Boxes Lost Fragments. Like the way the Hints are given in Boxes better and there was a good story line.
Update. Brilliant graphics. Solvable puzzles. Delightful game. I bought the $6.99 package because i always buy the basic whatever for a game I enjoy. Someone invested time and I respect that. There are 17ish puzzles for each game in this series. The $7 doesn't carry over. I loaded the second game in the series. They want a separate $7. The ads were not obnoxious so I didn't spend the $7. I got 4 puzzles then was required to buy more to continue playing. $7 for 13 puzzles seems a bit high.
It's okay. The artwork is lovely, but the puzzles are rather simplistic and formulaic. They involve more memorization and put this piece in that spot than any kind of complex reasoning. The storyline is also sub par and doesn't particularly go anywhere. If you want to spend an hour or two clearing it, it's a charming enough way to pass time. But if you're looking for a serious puzzle, you're better off trying something else.
