Excellent game and fun to play but after 15 levels I had to I install. An advert after each and every level??? Really??? This renders the game unplayable for me. I get that the developers need to make some cash from free games with ads but after every level when a level takes less than 30 seconds to complete is a little excessive. I don't want to spend more time on adverts than playing the game so not for me.
Good game, no customer service. Had to get a new phone. No ad purchase didn't carry over. Emailed earlier in the week and have heard nothing. Can't find any option to restore purchase, and getting tired of watching ads again. Loved the game, got to level 400-500, and was still enjoying the game. Don't care about starting over, but I do care about ads after every level. Dropped to one star until this is fixed, otherwise definitely a 5 star game play wise. Love the tournaments and challenges.
Your ads are terrible. They keep crashing the app. And when they're not crashing the app, they're long and annoying, sometimes 5 part ads that I have to keep clicking on multiple times before they're done!!!! I only added this app to get points in another app, and the points I'm getting are no longer worth the headache this game gives me. Uninstalling now. Editing to add that since your only solution is for me to pay to turn off ads, I'm changing my 3 stars to 1.
It would be a 5 star fun little game if it was relaxing but every time I go to the lobby there's MULTIPLE in-game ads and a million other parts to it all with tutorials that want me to do other things like color! If I just had tile matching without all the extra stuff the devs cooked up to keep me upset to where I had repeatedly get interrupted I'd like it. But the way it is right now when I max out the diamonds in tapchamps it's gonna be uninstalled!
