I really enjoyed this. it's a short game but I found it worth the £1.99. the puzzles have some challenge to them (especially the last one) and having the perfect game achievement meant I refused to rely on hints and I honestly preferred just clicking around and figuring it out. I really enjoy these adventure games, so going to grab another one now and get stuck in.
This game is well worth the price, especially if you like hidden object games. I really like not having to pay for hints if you get stuck. Graphics are well done and I thoroughly enjoyed this game. I would have given 5 stars if it had a built in map showing were you were and what areas had something to do.
Just seeing I needed to update this! Game was great, as always & as expected! Original: Stoked to see a new game from you guys! I haven't actually played the game yet, and there's no demo option, but I went ahead and bought it anyway because I've dealt with you guys in the past and know you're one of the good ones and take care of your customers. I'll update my review once I actually play it!
It's not your usual point-and-click exploration game, but better (IMHO). So why only 3 stars? One simple reason: the text disappears too quickly for my reading speed. I absorb everything when I read, but here I feel rushed. There is nothing wrong with a "next" button when dialog text is shown, especially when the whole game depends upon it. Continuous text also precludes breaks, like answering the door! Please add a "next" button when displaying dialog text (or at least give users the option).
