It's a cute game, and I love the mechanics compared to other merge games. The style is also lovely. The introduction of new ingredients feels natural. However, the board is just too small for all the different item generators, the foods you're trying to merge, luxury items (gems or coins), and kitchen parts. Its overwhelming and feels like a play to buy gems or their inventory slots. I also think the cafe part was slightly disappointing as theres only ever 4 customers in the starting table.
Fine so far. No plot, no choices about decorating, so only unlocking the restaurant seems to help with longer-term engagement. The art is cute. There's no 'no ads' pack to get ad rewards without having to watch them, and all the purchases look like standard temporary boosts or consumables, so it's hard to support the devs in a way that's good for my mental health. I'm enjoying myself, but not sure this is a game I'll keep on my phone
I agree with the other reviews, I'm glad there's no story or characters. I think the gameplay itself is nice and the design is cute and simple. 2 issues though, if I click on a bubble to get an item and watch an ad sometimes the ad won't go through and just pop the bubble anyway. annoying but can be fixed. the biggest issue is too much extra stuff you can get and how small the storage and board is. it just needs more free space. solid overall tho
I mean honestly, it's a very nice relaxing game. I play it in my braindead time and I really like it for that there's no excess of characters or forced story for a damn clicker game. My only note is that while I like the main parts of the game, I think adding events or like the option to choose your decor or even have your own little customizable character would really benefit the game. It would add a lot more and make players want to play more and longer. Overall I do recommend.
