I've been playing this game on an iPhone since I installed it. version 31.4 is the latest version available in the Apple store. however the most recent Android version is 33.4. Why a 1-month delay in updating iOS? I have repeatedly asked customer service for help with my game. neither movie nights nor Black market have been working for several months. I was considering deleting and reinstalling the game but I don't want to do that if there's no cloud save. I don't want to lose progress.
It's a fun game, until it decides to not give you certain things in the chests. It just tells you "broken string, fix me". Then when you try to contact customer service. It's only an AI bot and it doesn't give you much help except for uninstall and reinstall your game or turn your phone off. Unfortunately I got these messages right after I paid for the "premium pass".
Around city 41 the game becomes unplayable due to massive & overwhelming enemy armies. This forces you to spend real money just to keep playing. Progressing in the game becomes impossible without extra boosts. The dev team is EXTREMELY slow to respond to any requests.
update: After playing for a month it really became boring. Dev need to launch an update asap. i like the idea. Similar to other games but more realistic and progress is actually possible without spending money. Just try to keep the ads a little less. Thanks
