I had much more fun with this compared to frozen mania. so sad that the game shares a similar entrapment vibe. I would have like to been able to just continue to play a game rather than it finishes all moves after you complete 3 stars. it felt fun in the beginning, liked the colors and some sounds however the game's algorithm is a wall blocking it from simply being fun. just my opinion.
I've played this game for a long time and I've really enjoyed it. Since getting a new phone, the game intermittently freezes and then crashes (sometimes while loading a level, sometimes in the middle of a level, sometimes before the game loads at all). Then I lose a heart, even if it froze before loading the level. I love the game, but I'm not impressed with the freezing and crashing.
I lost diamonds through no fault of my own. My game ended and I opted to continue the game by using the gems; however it froze up and the game was over. But it kept my diamonds!! Customer service sent me an auto response saying basically saying 'too bad'. How about some true customer service and actually read emails. Then back up your product by not freezing up or any other technical problems but if you do- don't penalize the player! Refund!!!
This game has too many pop ups for requests to install other games. Its very annoying. I should be able to just log on and immediately play. Instead i have to close out about 4 game pop ups. Also, any time i try to view a video to get extra lives or whatever it never plays and always gives an error. Please fix these and i would surely give a better rating. Other than this, the game is pretty fun to play.
