In order to get gems you need to complete offers, those of which usually include devoting your time to another game, paying for subscriptions, or taking surveys (which barely give you anything). The other way is to sit there watching ads that come every 15 minutes ( which would take too long considering how many gems are required for certain choices.) This would be fine by itself, but the majority of good choices require 50-150 gems, which is ridiculous.

The storyline is good and the characters are very well done in terms of having different personalities and each having their own perks. The drawback is gems. The gem choices are extremely high. So much so that you need to grind and wait days before you can save enough to pick the choices you want for just one chapter. Sure they offer free gems for watching ads but it isn't very much.

I just started playing the game and I think it's pretty good I love the art work and the story lines are interesting but the germs requested are too much I can barely cope but aside from that the game is nice 👍

I would honestly rate it a 4 because of several reasons, 1: it's super hard to get actually nice endings, which take a long time. 2: You have to replay the game several times for other endings, using a lot of time. 3: Most of the good options cost gems/stars which you need to play the game over and over again to collect and change plot. Other than these it's a very amazing game 👏 With a lot and I mean a lot of twists (P.s. there is some 16+ texts and scenes)
