i transferred money to my other account and it's in pending from 2 days and they aren't even replying to my complaint and now i can't even write anything in complaint there's only 2 options get more help or yes all good if i click get more help it's glitch me back to start and i needed that money urgently it's very frustrating don't recommend this account......
Personally I think the app has real potential but for me it would be great to have up to 5 virtual cards available with the option to have different icons and/or colours to differentiate between them in the mobile wallet
The new color scheme looks very bad. It looks like a negative color bleach of the previous theme. The older colour scheme was much better.
best online banking but there is still one thing missing which has to be put in order for example how to funds the account , they should try to set up a place on how to make a cash deposit into the account like other Bank DID and not just only transfering money from another bank to it should be the source of funding the account please 🙏
