Admittedly, I do not know all the ins and outs of all this app can do, I am sure there is much more it can do that I have yet to take the time to learn, BUT, for my purposes it is great! As the director of a growing group non-profit, the list of things to do, people to call, appointments, etc is endless. Having a place to track all that, schedule out my week is necessary. I fought using an app for a long time, but having it on my phone and being able to add something after hours is priceless!
Decent enough app but when it says you can soon go pro, what it doesn't say is that they will take away features that were free with no warning. Got up this morning and almost all the background options now have a big lock on them and who knows what else they've turned off. They aren't offering us extra features, they're just taking away the ones we had. Kind of tacky to do that to your current users. AND it's a subscription fee, not a single payment. Not worth it.
App is very useful but needs some work. It is very feature rich and I love that it usually syncs perfectly with the desktop app. A few annoying bugs have occurred. I added a folder on my phone and it took several hour of troubleshooting to get it to appear on PC (I eventually created links to the projects and sent them to myself. The projects disappeared again the next day). The keyboard often disappears, and sometimes the text cursor refuses to appear. The AI is pretty cool.
I love taskade, I stumbled onto the chrome extension by accident and fell in love! the app works just as well as the web version on my PC, I love the templates and everything you can do with taskade, I've noticed some limitations inside the app but they are minor and not anything I do a lot, such as moving a task between workspaces I think is one thing, and other minor inconveniences but for the most part I can do everything here that I could do on the computer and it works beautifully!
