Too, too, too many ads! Ads overlapping ads! I wasn't even sure if I was in the correct app because EVERY SINGLE PAGE I HIT SAID INSTALL IN A BIG GREEN BOX SOMEWHERE ON THE PAGE. It doesn't even allow confirmation that your art work was saved to your phone until you 'X' out another "INSTALL" page for yet ANOTHER PROGRAM! UNINSTALLING! Even though I love the program the amount of aggravation and frustration JUST IS NOT WORTH IT!
I have two key issues resulting in the rating: 1) when chosing the filter you want, there is a small icon, with the same picture repeating for every choice. No title on any. So good luck in knowing which filter you want to use in future. 2) As we are used to dealing with ads on free apps, its surprising to learn how ridiculously obnoxious the ads are here. EVERY page has large advertising. Even when you work on your picture, there's an ad between your photo and the filter icons.
Why won't some application makers tell you upfront that you can't buy the product outright that you must pay monthly or yearly. First time you try to use it is when you find out.... Just turns into a waste of my time. How about using product with a watermark until one can decide if it's worth it or not. Doesn't seem too much to ask. Giving 5 stars anyway seems like I would have liked it. I should have read the reviews first.
It's good that you can adjust the various cartoon/sketch effects on a photo of your choice, to better the outcome of how the sketch looks once applied. Simple app to use with a variety of effects for both photos already on your device or taken with the device's camera. The ads vary in content and time duration and can sometimes intrude when you are in the midst of creating your photo sketch, which is why I've rated the 4 stars. Thumbs up for one of the best photo art/sketch apps overall.
