Very disappointed. The app does not open, yet my subscription payment was charged immediately. The subscription was never activated, so I paid for a service I cannot use. Customer support has been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, providing no real solution despite multiple attempts to contact them. This has been a frustrating experience, and I expect either immediate activation of my subscription or a full refund. I do not recommend this app until these issues are resolved.
I've never seen anything worse. First time I subscribed, I allowed auto-renewal subscription but to my dismay, I got debited and yet had no access to content. I complained numerous time but eventually, after 2 months got a refund and promise of one month free access as compensation and assurance that bugs have been fixed. 3 months later, nothing received. Again, 2nd Jan 2023, they debited me twice and to my dismay again, no way to reach the customer service. Don't know what to do now
If there was a negative star review I woulc gladly give a -5 star for the worst in-app purchase EVER. Paid for a subscription that could never access, support team is probably the worst ever 1 have ever dealt with. no contact number to call, read scripted emails that never solve the issue, lack of interest in providing a real solution to your problem, WORST experience EVER , even I could NOT refund my money . THEY STEAL MY MONEY. Fake subscriptions & No access after paid.
