Good for tracking. Health monitoring seems a bit vague, that wasn't the reason for the purchase. Would be nice to see all the tracker info in the same place. Right now, you find info on two+ pagea. The firmware updates are also little mystery, because the reminders stop yet there is no notification whether any updates were installed or not. That would help. Interested in firmware because the map and heat maps are off, and hope software updates would help. Have two right now. Do the job.
Company is shady and a scam. Won't let you cancel or pause subscription; that part of their website won't load. But the part allowing you to upgrade loads instantly. No customer service phone number and they're not replying to email. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company and let them deal with it. And file a Better Business Bureau complaint; I noticed they're not accredited
The tracker has given us tremendous peace of mind when we're outside and our cat goes exploring our big back yard. As cats will do, there have been times when he didn't come running when called. For example, on several occasions, using the tracker I was able, with great relief, to find him resting in the shade under some stairs or in dense bushes. There would have been no way to find him otherwise.
it's the best in the market but from last year the service has been declining: it requires the phone to be connected with location and Bluetooth on to get the signal, which can take 2min to start sometimes but when the signal is lost it's an issue to reconnect. my cats had fights with feral cats and the device went silent. It turned on after 2hrs. The location isn't 💯 reliable and there are picks when my cats travel 30mph and come back, when I turning off/on GPS or Bluetooth on my phone
