The app is good when it works, but like all alrajhi services, sometimes they stop working without any reasons. Sometimes, login service becomes unavailable, and consequently, it removes the device from the linked account, which means you need to wait until the service is up again and re-add your account 😱 Update: Customer Service is the worst. Rget can't help by any means.
I had a highly disappointing experience with this app. I recently transferred money to my bank account. The money was deducted from my urpay wallet, but it still hasn't arrived in my bank. When I tried to contact customer service for help, the app showed a message saying the support option is currently unavailable. If your support system doesn't work when users face critical issues like stuck funds, how can we trust this app? I do not recommend it at all until they fix this.

Very poor service from UrPay. I sent money to my home country on 14 June 2026, but the receiver has still not received the payment. It has been several days with no resolution or clear update. This delay is causing serious inconvenience and concern. I have contacted support but the issue remains unresolved. I request UrPay to investigate this transaction immediately and either complete the transfer or refund the amount. I am very disappointed with this experience and cannot recommend this ser
