After updating the app, I am not able to connect or add additional devices. When called customer care, he said there is some technical issue and didn't give any clarity as to when the technical issue will be resolved. The camera is ideal for almost the past 4 days and if any incident happens will not be able to identify and the purpose of installing the camera is useless. Never expected such poor response from Phillips team and investing such a huge amount on cameras..!!!
While the device is good, the software experience is terrible. They have made sure you only can see videos through app, which becomes tedious after some time when you are analysing long video footages. I used the device intermittently, so I have footage older than 30 days. However, I am not able to view it even though the data is there. The SD card is only 60 percent full. The calendar date picker does not go before 30 days. Called customer care. Was promised a call back that never came.
Good App. After the latest update, the filters are not working properly. Also, movements are wrongly categorized under Sound. Some movements are just snapshots with a message event cannot be played however the same is available in sound. This requires a quick fix. Phillips should also give some ability to view or extract the videos from SD card and see on PC/Laptop.
Worst app ever! My family members with whom I'm sharing the account with keeps getting removed automatically. I have to resend them invitation every 2 days, and even then sometimes they're unable to enter the shared household. They've to uninstall and reinstall all over again sometimes. They can't even login a lot of times, have to click the "new user" button eventhough they're not a new user. Please fix this, it's so annoying. There's no meaning to put the camera if we can't even stay connected
