When I first played this game, I liked it. I've wanted to play Pokémon-like games and this one has good play style, graphics and story. The dialogue is especially refreshing even if some of the characters are brutally honest. However, I decided to stop playing this game because I have to pay in order to gain full access to it. I know I only have to pay $2.99, but I don't like it when a game says it's free and then makes us pay. It kinda feels like a scam.
This is a really fun Pokémon style RPG. Each one gets skills as it levels and, since you can only keep four skills, you have to decide which ones to keep. The dialogue is humorous and enjoyable. The game is inexpensive to unlock too. There are some in app purchases, but they are not throwing offers in your face. I have not found any glitches so far. Good job on this game.
as far as 3 dollars goes, this is the best mobile gaming experience I ever had. depth of game, story, serious difficulty that requires thought and grinding, but not too much that it's Boring. so many creatures to catch and play with, I find myself swapping in and out my team just because I want to try more and more of them and that's not my style at all. amazing game and can't wait for the next one!
so far the game is stuffed with micro transactions. but it's really fun and funny. I see the "buy full game button" so I know I'll have to pay to get the actual full game. that's okay because I have played the free part multiple times on different devices, so I am well prepared with 5 dollars. I will update this review after I see the price of the full game.
