- Book your train tickets in France (TER, TGV INOUI, OUIGO Grande Vitesse and Train Classique, INTERCITÉS), to destinations in Europe (TGV Lyria, Eurostar (formerly Thalys), DB SNCF Voyageurs), in Germany (Deutsche Bahn) and in Switzerland (SBB CFF FFS)

This app used to work great, but then there was an update in May that wrecked it. If you're overseas trying to search for train tickets, it just loads forever when you try to input your departure and destination cities. Many reviews from many people on many devices with the same issue. Support needs to stop asking users to submit their device info as if this is only a problem for a few. It's widespread on many devices, with one common thread: all overseas users. Fix it already!
it just doesn't work anymore unable to search destination, get the date I want... it goes into search and spins forever on every page, trip, booking or account. I reset, uninstalled the app and installed again, now I lost my booked trip AND can't get into my account. I have been waiting for customer service to get back to me with a solution ALL DAY
Latest update renders app unusable. I entered a destination and it just spins. I cleared cache to no effect. I cleared data still no go. I uninstalled the app. After reinstalling the app I cannot get past accepting terms. It just spins. I await a new update that fixes the app for my Samsung S23. Too often the updates render an otherwise capable app unusable. Please fix.
It seems the app log-in screen does not persist on Android. When I change screen to my email for the verification code , the log-in screen resets when I switch back to the app. So there is no way to read and enter the code within the same device. I need to use my computer to get the code then enter on the phone. It cancels out the advantage of using the app on a mobile device.
